Click the Billing tab, then click the One-Time Payments subtab.
Click Credit/Debit Card.
For each account you want to make a payment on, select the checkbox next to the account(s). In the Pay Amount column, type the amount you want to pay. (By default, Control Center assumes you want to pay the full amount owing.)
Review the account(s) and amount(s) you've selected to pay and do one of the following:
To make changes, click Back and return to step 4.
To proceed with your payment(s), click Continue.
CenturyLink charges a convenience fee (for each account) to pay your bill with a credit card. To accept this fee and complete your payment, click I Agree. (You can avoid this fee if you pay by bank account.)
Fill in the information for your credit card (card number, expiration date, and zip code).
Select the I agree to these Terms and Conditions checkbox.
Verify that the information you entered is correct, then click Submit Payment. (If the information is not correct, click the green Make Changes link and make your corrections.)
Review and keep the confirmation information that appears on the screen.
Note: This payment process applies to most of our customers, but not all of them. When you log in to Control Center, if the screens look different than what we describe here, contact us and we can walk you through making a payment using your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience.
