Finding your maxium storage limit in Bill Analyst

You will receive either an on-hold or storage-limit-exceeded message when you try to order a new report and you are out of space for your reports in Bill Analyst. You share this space with the other users in your organization. To avoid receiving these messages, become familiar with your maximum storage limits. 

To find your maximum storage limit:

  1. Click the Reports tab, then click the Billing Reports subtab. 
  1. Click Bill Analyzer.

Control Center opens Bill Analyst in a separate window.

  1. 「ダウンロードセンター」タブをクリックします。
  1. Check your storage limit (in MB), which is shown after the Storage heading.

    If you consistently run a report that exceeds the 10 MB storage space, the system will run the report regardless of its size. It's only when you exceed storage limits that new orders are put on hold.
