Viewing a standard detail use report in Usage Analyst

If you want to understand patterns you're seeing in your data, run a detail report. With it, you can get more details about your telecom use. Examples of popular standard detail reports include: call details, longest call duration, and ring-to. If you want to understand high-level trends, run a summary report.

To view a standard detail use report:

  1. Click the Reports tab, then click the Voice Reports subtab. 
  1. Click Usage Analyst.

Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. To refine your search results and reduce the size of your file do one or more of the following:

    • From the Level list, select the level within the organization you want.

    • From  the Data list, select the date for the data you want to see. 

    • From the Filter list, select the filter you would like to apply.
  1.  Select the radio button next to the report you want to view, click View Report

    You can edit any of these reports or create a new, custom report that better suit your needs.
