Viewing an ordered use report in Usage Analyst

You can view a standard or custom report by clicking the summary tab or detail tab in Usage Analyst.

To view a report:

  1. Click the Reports tab, then click the Voice Reports subtab. 
  1. Click Usage Analyst.

Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Summary or Detail tab.
  1. Select the radio button next to the report you want to view, then click View Report.

If you try to view a report that includes more than a 1,000 records, the system won't let you because there's too much data to process quickly and efficiently. Instead, you'll be prompted to order the report.

If you really want to see the data now and don't want to wait for an order to process, restrict the number of records in your report. To do this, select the report you want to view, click Edit Report and scroll to the Records section. From the Include up to ___ date records list, select the number of records. Click Ok. Then click the View Report button.
