Changing a speed dial contact entry

If a speed dial contact’s information changes, you can modify the entry in your speed dial directory.

To change a speed dial contact entry:
 

  1. Sign in to the Contact Center Client.
  1. From the Contacts pane, next to Speed Dial, click the Edit icon (a pencil).
  1. From the speed dial list, click on the contact’s entry.

  2. To change the contact’s information, double-click on a field.

    The field becomes editable.

  3. Edit the contact information. 

  4. When you’re done making changes, press the Enter key (on your keyboard).

    The contact’s information is updated in the speed dial directory.
