Turning Do Not Disturb on and off

The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to redirect all incoming calls made directly to your private line to voicemail. You'll still get calls that come from the queue and it won't change your ACD status.

To turn Do Not Disturb on:
 

  1. Sign in to the Contact Center Client.

  2. From the Contact Center Client's main page, on the top right menu, click Settings.

    The General Settings page opens.
  1. Click the Services tab.

    The Services Settings page opens, showing your active and inactive services.

  2. In the Inactive section, click Do Not Disturb.

  3. In the Service Settings section, select the checkbox next to Active.

  4. If you want a reminder that Do Not Disturb is on, select the checkbox next to Ring Splash.

  5. [保存]をクリックします。

To turn Do Not Disturb off:
 

  1. From the Contact Center Client's main page, on the top right menu, click Settings.

    The General Settings page opens.

  2. Click the Services tab. The Services Settings page opens, showing your active and inactive services.

  3. In the Active section, click Do Not Disturb.

  4. In the Service Settings section, deselect the checkbox next to Active.

  5. Deselect the checkbox next to Ring Splash.

  6. [保存]をクリックします。

Do Not Disturb is turned off. Contact Center lists the feature under Inactive.
