Blocking calls from anonymous callers

If you don't want calls ringing to you if the caller doesn't provide caller ID, you can turn on the Anonymous Call Rejection feature.

Note: If this feature is turned on, you could accidentally block callers from calling you if they’re calling from a phone that doesn’t provide caller ID, such as a home phone.

To turn on Anonymous Call Rejection:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click Services.

The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Anonymous Call Rejection.
  1. Click the On radio button.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.
