Forwarding all calls to another phone number

If you want to automatically forward all incoming calls to another phone number, you can turn on the Call Forwarding Always feature. After you've turned the feature on, you can change the phone number to forward calls to and also change the ring reminder setting.

To turn on Call Forwarding Always:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click Services.

    The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Call Forwarding Always.
  1. Click the On radio button.

  2. In the Call Forward field, type the number you want to forward calls to.

  3. If you want the phone to ring you to remind you that your calls are being forwarded, select the checkbox next to  Play Ring Reminder when a call is forwarded.  
  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.

When you are ready to answer your calls again, you can turn Call Forwarding Always off by clicking the Call Forward Always icon (the blue silhouette with the white arrow) on the toolbar.
