Receiving calls from callers inside your organization without caller ID

If you don’t need to know the caller ID of internal callers (people inside your organization), turn off the Internal Calling Line ID Delivery feature. With the feature turned off, incoming calls without a caller ID will appear as “unknown” calls. By default, the Internal Calling Line ID Delivery feature is turned on.

To turn off Internal Calling Line ID Delivery:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click Services.

    The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Internal Calling Line ID Delivery.
  1. Click the Off radio button.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.
