Viewing and using your call history log

Access your call history log to review missed, received, and placed calls. Your call history can also be viewed in the VoIP portal or on your phone. After opening a call record, you can redial the number or delete the record.

To access your call history log:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click the Call History icon (a blue list icon).

    You can identify call record types by their unique icons:

    • an yellow arrow pointing left icon—a missed call

    • a blue arrow pointing up icon—a placed call

    • a green arrow pointing down icon—a received call
  1. To call a contact, click on the phone number.

  2. To organize call records, do the following:

    • To delete one record, select the checkbox next to the call record, then click the Clear button.

    • To delete all records, select the checkbox in the column’s header, then click the Clear All button.

    • To rearrange your log by call type or ascending or descending name, click the Call Type or Name column header.
